Peppermint Mocha Cookies

Ingredients
  • One batch of Chocolate lover's Fudge Brownie Cookies
  • 1 cup of store-bought, canned white icing
  • About 8 candy canes, coarsely crushed
Instructions
  1. Place the coarsely crushed candy canes in a shallow, medium bowl.
  2. Melt the icing in a microwave-safe bowl for 5-10 seconds until it is the consistency of honey or molasses.
  3. Take the cookies and dip half of them into the melted icing, then quickly dunk them into the crushed candy canes.
  4. Lay them flat on a wire cookie rack or a sheet of parchment paper to dry. Once the icing has solidified, you can eat them!!!! :)
Notes
If the icing begins to harden before you are finished dunking all of the cookies, just reheat it in the microwave for 5-10 seconds.
