This hearty croissant breakfast sandwich is simple to make and so yummy to eat!
Ingredients
  • 2 Day old croissants, split in half
  • Ham, SPAM, bacon or any other cooked meat
  • Cheese (any kind, as long as it's sliceable)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper
Instructions
  1. Toast the croissants in a toaster oven or 2-4 minutes until slightly darker in color, then remove from oven.
  2. Beat the eggs with some salt and pepper and fry them in a pan, swirling the pan to create an omelet-style egg. Once the egg has been cooked, use a spatula to divide the omelet into 2 pieces and place them on top of the bottom half of the croissant.
  3. Put the cheese on top of the hot eggs and place the meat on top of the cheese, top the sandwich off by adding the top half of the croissant.
  4. Serve the croissant sandwiches while they're nice and hot and enjoy all it's delicious, hearty goodness!
Notes
This is just one version of the recipe, please feel free to make your own variations and tweak the recipe to suit your own taste preferences. I did not add ingredient quantities for the meat and cheese because you are the boss of how much cheese and meat you want to put on your own sandwich!
