Delicious Tex Mex Bean & Corn Salad

Serves: 6-8 side servings
- One 19 oz can of beans, drained and rinsed
- One cup of corn kernels, cooked
- Tomatos, chopped
- Avocados, chopped
- Cilantro, roughly or finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of ½-1 lemon or lime
- 1-2 tbsp canola or olive oil
- Toss everything in a bowl, mix it together and serve it up! It is that simple :)
