Delicious Tex Mex Bean & Corn Salad

Make this Tex-Mex salad for a healthy lunch, a summer side dish or just whenever your feel like it!
Ingredients
  • One 19 oz can of beans, drained and rinsed
  • One cup of corn kernels, cooked
  • Tomatos, chopped
  • Avocados, chopped
  • Cilantro, roughly or finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of ½-1 lemon or lime
  • 1-2 tbsp canola or olive oil
Instructions
  1. Toss everything in a bowl, mix it together and serve it up! It is that simple :)
